The organizational framework of CPWC follows a mirrored structure that extends from the National level to the State, District, Block, and Village levels, ensuring seamless coordination and grassroots implementation.
The National Governing Council (NGC) is the supreme apex body of the CPWC. It formulates national-level strategies, supervises all National Councils, ensures compliance with legal frameworks, and provides leadership across all levels
